Privacy policy

Reze ("we") is run by Daud Aldo Santoso, Surabaya, Indonesia. This page explains what we collect on reze.tv and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Brief and contact forms: your name, email, Instagram handle or company, and what you write. Saved to a private Google Sheet and emailed to daud@reze.tv.
• Call bookings: handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email and the time you pick, and creates a Google Meet invite. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
• Browser storage: your preferred video volume, stored only in your browser. No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
• Hosting logs: our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security.

What we do with it

We use your details to reply to you, scope and deliver work, and send invoices. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the services needed to run Reze (email, calendar, hosting, payment).

Client content

Footage, scripts and performance numbers you share as a client are confidential under your service agreement. We show delivered videos and public results as examples of our work only with your permission, which you can withdraw by email at any time.

Your rights

Email daud@reze.tv to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within 7 days.
